XPDR WARN
CONNECTION
CODE 00002000

An error message with the above content always appears in the ACD-57 when the transponder is to be set to ALT.

The error message indicates that the transponder is not connected to the ACD-57. There are three possible reasons:

  • The ACD-57 is not set or is set incorrectly in the port configuration. (MENU > COM CONTROL > INSTALLATION, previously PIN CODE 3000).
  • The cable is not plugged in correctly (the plugs should all be connected to the data port set above).
  • The transponder is not supplied with power (Each cable, even if the ACD is already supplied from another source (e.g., radio), must be connected to the vehicle's electrical system.
